2. Client Agreements and Service Engagements
By purchasing or engaging with our services—including AI setup, consultations, automation builds, and digital tools—you agree to the specific terms outlined in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
All digital product sales, consulting fees, and AI service subscriptions are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
3. PR and Media Services and other affiliate offers
There are no guarantees of which platforms you will be seen on. And no promise of sales from placements.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding provided by Millionaire Momentum are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without express written consent. This includes but is not limited to:
Logos, website, etc.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated, payment for services is due prior to project kickoff or in accordance with your invoice terms. Late payments may result in a pause in service or additional fees.
Recurring services (such as monthly AI management) will auto-renew unless canceled with at least 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.
6. Disclaimer of Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results. While we offer proven systems and expertise, your success depends on your implementation, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control.
We are not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or business disruptions resulting from your use of our Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Millionaire Momentum will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our Services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, especially in the event of policy violations, unethical behavior, or failure to meet payment obligations.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted here with the revised effective date. Your continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
